When women take responsibility!

At the exclusive impulse event “Courage to Succeed — Women Take Over” At Hotel Victoria Basel, the focus was on personal experiences, practical insights and open exchange. Together with BLKB, we were able to welcome numerous interested and aspiring female entrepreneurs who are looking into the opportunities and challenges of corporate succession.

A big thank you to our three speakers — Chantal Henz (Bischag AG), Karin Vollenweider (IMPULSUS Workshops) and Melanie Lanfranchi (BLKB) — for their valuable perspectives from practice, emotional support and financing. They impressively demonstrated that succession requires not only strategic thinking, but also courage, clarity and trust in one's own path.

Our highlights and learnings:

• Aware of emotional dynamics and address them openly
• Clarify financial and structural issues in a well-founded manner
• Use networks and exchange ideas with other female entrepreneurs
• See succession as an opportunity to further develop what already exists and to provide new impetus

During the subsequent aperitif, personal exchange was deepened — inspiring discussions, new contacts and valuable impulses relating to entrepreneurship and succession were created.
