What an evening

The event at AXA Oberwil offered prospective founders a clear and practical overview of how the journey from idea to founding a company can be structured.

Together with our partner AXA, we were able to welcome numerous people who are in the early stages of their independence and wanted orientation, security and concrete next steps.

In a compact 60-minute specialist input, we took you through the three key steps on the path to self-employment — from sharpening the business idea to planning the business model to the legal basis of setting up a company and appropriate insurance.

The exchange at the following aperitif offered space for in-depth discussions, personal questions and initial concrete starting points for further steps. Valuable contacts and initial appointments were made for individual initial meetings.

Our highlights and insights

  • A clear positioning of the business idea is the basis for well-founded decisions.
  • The business plan primarily serves as a strategic management tool.
  • Testing and validation creates security before major investments are made.
  • The legal basis and protection should be clarified at an early stage.
  • Personal exchange and networking are a central part of a successful start-up.

The event once again showed how important structured orientation is in the early start-up phase. We would like to thank our partner AXA Oberwil for their cooperation and all participants for their trust, openness and great interest.

We look forward to continuing to support people on their journey to self-employment in the future — because every successful company starts with a clear first step.
